Bruce Lai is currently a real estate advisor and certified international property specialist at Coldwell Banker Realty in Cupertino. Born in Taiwan, Bruce immigrated to California, studied at San Francisco State University and earned a degree in business and hospitality management. Being passionate about the service industry, making a move to real estate was a natural fit for Bruce. In 2011, with encouragement from friends and family, Bruce began his real estate career serving the South Bay Area.
